    • we are on NSF watch list - monthly meetings. Victor keeping Ed informed. Monthly financial data tends to be 5 to 6 weeks behind reality (just closing Oct). Ed Ajhar will be given access to Thursday status page

    • Data summit early Feb. Not clear what this is about yet — need to agree scope. Finalize construction plans and where it fits with operations and  tidy up things like network security.
  • Meeting attendance (large meetings)
    • AAS — not too restrictive — not so many people want to go.
      • 3 comms , 2 DM , 1 EPO, 1 Project office, 1 System Eng
    • LSST@Europe 4 - Many people invited 5 DM people would like to go.
      • We need to supply Zeljko a list of DM people who will be going within 2 days; if you want to go, your name must appear on the confluence page.
      • People interested in giving a remote talk should also add their name to the Confluence page.
      • should make progress on construction - Victor is supportive. This should not be to bring in more OPS contributions anymore.
      • Amanda/Lynne would do remote presentations.

    • Milestones will be in the report today (before the LCR, by the looks of things).

  • New tables and substantial additional text explaining assumptions which have been made.
  • This covers the sizing model; there is still more work to be done on costing.
  • Sizing part is now ready for DM-wide review.

  • Leanne Guy  & Jeffrey Carlin will be running an “acceptance test” campaign testing the released science pipelines against all defined verification tests.
    • December / January timescale.
    • HSC RC2 has been reprocessed with w_2019_46 (which is the basis of the 19.0.0 release) already ( DM-22223 - Getting issue details... STATUS ); should be a good basis for testing.
