  • M1M3 proceed meeting during strategic planning slot. 2024-01-08 M1M3 Decision Point Meeting
  • AHM joint with Ops. Possibly 1 February. Planning on setting quarterly dates thereafter.
    • Remember to make nominations for the Rubin Staff Recognition Award
  • Rubin Zoom being rolled out - watch meeting invites and cancellations (no more Bluejeans!)
  • Focus this week is Summit / Camera Pump Investigation / AAS
    • Camera pump: RHL hears we may have to replace the turbo, which may have seized
  • Project Schedule
    • last Tuesday for preliminary discussion of M1M3 / TMA testing.
      • The team from UA are coming to handle the glass
    • It was already clear that some more nights this week would be worth it for testing and observers could manage single night shifts this week.
    • Next near-term issue is coordinating details of Coating tests and prep for M1M3
    • Summit schedule is likely 2 weeks longer 
    • Camera team is investigating - targeting 24 January for repair decision and plan (Schedule/SLAC Testing etc)
  • AURA Awards. Need nominations by 23 January (team, science)

  • Camera tours likely in three groups. Could arrange breakout sessions in parallel with Tuesday afternoon tours

  • Fritz Mueller APDB 2-3 hour session asked by Mario  - who needs to be in it ?
