  • some milestone work needed (celebratory -just needs WOM)
  • Jan 2  may be glass decision date  (supposed to be Jan 8th but that is the day we should start work ) - may all be on Slack .
    • it is still in SLAC shutdown period.
    • not sure data analysis will be done
  • sitcom things .. summit cars, carry all ,
  • SIT-Com will have at least three ads out at AAS;  please contact A2 if you have any questions.
  • summit issues around meals ..
    • add veronica on conversations
  • New admin in Tucson  - starts Jan 3 (not Lubi's replacement a previous vacancy)
  • Some SITCOM monthly reporting error (Lubi was missed)
  • Frossie - hiring in Ops .. how  we might deal with non aura states .. explanation to our controls.

  • SQuaRE is interviewing week of January 8th (and possibly into the week after) so we will be scarce

  • Discussion about LDM-503-17: We expect requirements to have complete 1A 1B in seperate test campaigns. Final Ops rehearsal is the validation of the end-to-end system. Leanne Guy putting more details in the Jira ticket for the milestone. 
  • CentOS 7→8 ETA end of January per Kian-Tat Lim ( Frossie Economou reported T&S is asking)
  • Next meeting  8th Jan  2024 - Have a good break.
