DMLT Meeting - 2023-11-13

• AMCR - Draft Agenda and Draft assignments prepared and found  in the AMCR folder.
• Failure Workshop this Friday (Austin, focused on hardware)
• Potential DM AHM/ JTM with Sys Perf - probably 6-8 Feb 2024 at SLAC
• AURA / Project Office Holiday Schedule for 2024 - working with NOIRLab for consistency in Tucson
  • Publishing before T-Day.
  • will again be a discretionary day for US AURA people.(only 8 took it in 2023 so )
• Tucson managers - please spread the word to local staff to come to the Team Morale Event (aka party) in the T&S kitchen on Tuesday Nov 14th 3:30-5pm
• Bus capacity is getting difficult. Sometimes no seats, perhaps some people not taking.
• Hotel rooms - rooms on recinto - all contentious - also office space - work with Carol
• Process developing for Chile travel - new VISA interpretation rules as to what constitutes as work requiring a work permit (for some/all)
