• Tony (Trevioni) conflicted, someone else has Jury duty so smaller comittee
• so keep it high level - this may even more focus on cost and schedule
• We have no traditional cost book ..(ala first review) 
  • Kevin and Victor working on putting all inputs together to have at least a excel sheet representing major costs.
  • May need more input - possibly comes up in breakout

    • main points: The online nature of the EPO program helped the team to transition to remote work.

      The COVID impact: (1) a ~10% reduction in work efficiency, (2) a delayed hiring of a key personnel, and (3) an extended plan to hand-over team and program to NOIRLab/Communications, Engagement, and Education (CEE) for Operations.

      EPO on track to complete construction at the end of FY22 and can fully validate its systems using precursor or simulated data.

• Discussion on criticality of shipping camera .. we know how to do it
  • but we still had a 2 month delay

• Signage - Rubin logo lacking in many AURA places - old LSST logo on Tucson building but replacement may not have logo.

Friday post review drinks? (local clusters, DM distributed social, could pay for beverages. CAMs serve as local point of contact, pay and claim against DM discretionary funds.  $hundreds is fine.  try to ease back into normality.  doesn't have to be the same time/date since it's distributed–as folks wish.

Tuscon on-board.  Princeton would have to have Robert host.  )

No DMLT next Monday since we have vF2F Tuesday.  Next June 28 (lets have it since July 4th is off, 28th is a holiday in Chile.)
