| 975 - Jim says yes details to work out. 976 - something needs to be fixed - needs more time to find the ambiguity 977 wil and KT to look. 978 - meson .. hard to drop scons - need this for some new packages, we do not separate run and build env .. board reccomend and put in rubin-env 8. EUPS good for dev irrelevant for runtime - but using packages requires dev - RSP users don't care and most will not modify code base.
