  • AMCR - Tue - Thurs
    • Wil, Frossie, Yusra expected to handle everything; DMLT should be available
  • 39M funding request ..still in line with previous indications
    • June 1 is official date to submit the request
    • another walkthrough with Victor/Kevin to make sure details are understood
    • Slide deck with future milestones to the end of Construction will be needed
    • Travel budget needs to be recalculated; Wil will keep trying for a DM meeting in Chile
  • SCOPE options delayed
    • one from Jeff Barr pending ..
    • DM ones looked ok (i did not modify)
  • Shipping remains a mess - completely unreliable
    • putting plan B small pump to move telescope in place (azimuth or elevation not both simultaneously)
  • Rebaseline review June 15-17.
  • DOE personnel on summit (and in lab)
    • new oversigth comitee
    • new safety procedures
  • Materion problems with coating chamber
    • last test run did not complete
  • Frossie mentioned data.lsst.cloud (Visual Identity ok )

    • LSE-61 has had some requirements deprecated recently; need to make sure that they are properly handled in Jira

Risk meeting last Thursday: Loss of Key personnel likelihood may be increasing with approaching ops - asks we check we have this risk in DM and what would we do .. Victor asks we look at ALL risks and see if we can reduce them and move any dates assuming the REPLAN is already accepted. I think we should check our dates - our exposure is well assessed
