    • Victor meeting with CAS today ..
    • He wants to understand what is left in Construction
  • Personnel
    • Chile timecards now double counting . or not .. since people are not bothering
    • AURA service awards
    • AURA staff reviews - in parallel process is looking at job description, Chile is ahead on this
  • Agency Quarterly March 2. 8:00-14:00 PT
    • focus on replan
    • but may need a few slides for status (probably no presentation)
  • COVID and summit restrictions (chart Pat McCarthy NOIRLab director)
    • back to permits to store and permits for summit trips
      • weekend quarantine
    • car restrictions (which days which license allowed)
      • does not apply to working at  AURA site
    • trying to gameplay potential further restriction scenarios (e.g. limit to no people on summit)
      • we will have testing and electronic tracing  this month
  • Maintenance strategy ..
    • Victor working with small group/workshop 9 March.
    • Mostly about long annual/biannual maintenance
    • Wil may attend to ensure that computing systems are covered, including daily update windows
    • First Wed of every month being made available during Commissioning
  • Amanda has raised hiring in "other" states for consideration at higher AURA management levels
  • Daniel - may be on the hook for the All Hands venue this year ..
    • no apparent restrictions in Arizona on large gatherings ..
  • Barr - Cranes this week, TMA assembly going (too)fast, hexapod issue on ComCam 
  • Riot - warmed up camera over weekend, some LCRs to be processed

  • Do we declare Gen3 normal and drop this regular slot ?  Yes
  • Gen3 is not fully deployed (known repo locations are still being defined; proper calibration flow has not been fully demonstrated), but we will track as actions instead of a weekly reporting slot.
