  1. AAS is happening this week. Comm team developed a nice virtual booth which you can find in the NSF Pavilion. NSF town Hall is today and Rubin Open House is tomorrow.  internal SLACK channel for our own discussion: mtg-aas-237
    1. 3 people had registrations paid for, but MP left no notes who they were
  2. AMCR is next week, 19 -21 January. Material will be primarily taken from the Agency Quarterly meeting in December. Slides sets will be accumulated in Google Drive. Stay tuned for the initial slide sets that can then be updated. The primary participation for the managers is in the 1 hour accomplishments sections which is a repeat of the accomplishments presented in December.
  3. Staffing/HR:
    1. Aime and Erin are working together to cover for Michelle. WOM meeting Aime after managers meeting.
    2. AURA Supervisors: Check that Goals are getting entered (still for previous year) so that reviews can be launched. Pay attention to emails this week and we will set up some times for discussion within the week.
  4. No Meeting next week as it is a Holiday. 2021 Holiday schedule is posted on the website calendar page and document is here: https://docushare.lsstcorp.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-13999/
  5. Next couple weeks are key for Schedule: TMA vendor did have advance team arrive in Chile but exact ramp-up of effort is revealed in next few weeks. Camera efforts with refrigeration and integration also have key decision points this month.
    1. Victor will work on estimate of full delay in next couple weeks, may need more info TBD from DM
    2. RHL: worried about the marching army cost for software integration if the hardware is significantly delayed. Wil: that is part of the estimate Victor is working on
  6. COVID items:
    1. Summit Testing program under development (led by Giovanni)
    2. Summit electronic contact tracing system purchase nearly done (led by Jacques)
    3. Virus numbers, government regulations, vaccination rates continue to be tracked. Need to elaborate on “what-if” plans in case work on summit is pressured to slow down or stop.
    4. General stress levels high
