  • Weekly meeting to keep the DM leadership team coordinated, informed, and in agreement on the vision, priorities, and challenges facing DM construction, including surfacing and resolving issues and ambiguities needing our attention. The goal of this meeting is to provide information and decisions that help each one of us better direct our own (or our team's) activities.

Wil O'Mullane

  • Data Access/Rights - "must not free form interpretations" (Kahn channeling agencies) - Amanda/Wil to meet Victor/Steve to decide if there are impacts on construction. Your (DMLT) thoughts welcome.
  • Work management - Victor will join morning summit meeting, lots going on which cross WBS - needs to pay more intention.
  • IT in south - who should we get to replace Andres -
  • Coating chamber review in progress in Chile
  • Mentioned many NCOA interfaces popping up
  • RTM-19 to be accepted ..LCR
  • Mike Huffer - to retire Jan 1 - will go to Chile Oct to get data acquisition going - DWDM should be ready next week.
