DMLT Meeting Goals

  • Weekly meeting to keep the DM leadership team coordinated, informed, and in agreement on the vision, priorities, and challenges facing DM construction, including surfacing and resolving issues and ambiguities needing our attention. The goal of this meeting is to provide information and decisions that help each one of us better direct our own (or our team's) activities.

Discussion Items

Guidelines: Propose items in line with the meeting rationale (see above); include as much information in the agenda notes; summarize, don't go into details while on the call; maximize time available for discussion.

Reviews

Plenary session for last week's Directors Review seemed to go ok. Thanks to Jeff Kantor for handling the DM breakout — any feedback from that?

Updates to slides for next week's Joint Status Review (6–8 September) required by Tuesday (tomorrow). I think the plenary slides can go forwards pretty much as is — thoughts on the breakout?

Wil O'Mullane & John Swinbank will be handling next week's review. Nobody else required to be present. Please be responsive for requests for support or additional information in the run up to the review and (in particular) while the review is taking place.
