• We need a plan for testing the zoom and AV. I'm assuming we can't do this until Monday morning. Are people from the office here with access to backup equipment available Monday morning?
• Would sending the hotel a heads up that a wave is going to arrive at noon tomorrow help both us get rooms early and the hotel with their planning?
  • Susana says they're doing everything they can to have the rooms ready but they are fully booked!
• Kevin, can we do some load balancing on Wed vs Thursday now?

    • 30 for levels 5-8, 30 for levels 1-3, 30 for auxtel, 30 for lunch.
