  • mostly working through Gen3 teething issues on HSC.  Right now waiting for w06 processing to avoid Filter incompatibilities.
  • then Ken will remake the coadds, and we'll be start ready to start ap_pipe runs.  Will ScaleVariance be ready?
    • Gabor: DECam was scaling coadd variance down; this traced back to the calexps themselves; can dig around in ISR, or simply run ScaleVariance on the calexps.
  • thinking also about defining a smaller test set
  • Gabor: also working on a ticket for improving the decorrelation afterburner (bug when matching kernel is not normalized, which it may not be if ip_diffim is solving for a flux scaling between the science and template.  thinks ), hope to complete by second half of this week.
  • (slightly off topic–Chris Waters gave Meredith the review for DECam linearity in Gen3; seems to look good but needs tests.
  • Crosstalk is still in progress–needs a new pipeline because the inputs and outputs are the same.  May be near ready for review?)

  • Gabor looked into jump in the ratio of DIASources/Science sources between Jan 10 & 13–change to Rubin env happened a day later; most likely was a change to defaults in ip_isr?   See DM-28662
