Timelines & Milestones Review | <all> | Baseline Milestones Spreadsheet Review and Checkup: No updates or changes in milestones spreadsheet, although noted that some dates are no longer accurate and do need to be updated in the spreadsheet. Expectation is Cristian will update when he able to return to work. La Serena ↔ SLAC PS MaDDash: MaDDash Dashboard - Check Results (ampath.net) High retransmit rates as measured from the La Serena PS server on throughput from SLAC to La Serena (reverse direction) were discussed. Updating of SLAC PS server had raised the reverse throughput results, but it was still below the forward throughput (LS → SLAC) results and still had higher retransmits. PS servers for summit and USDF are still "in the pipeline" for deployment. | |
| Update on CONUS Networks | Paul Wefel | CONUS Networks, including ESnet: Paul (ESnet): X-connect orders are in at ATL. Paperwork on transition of LSST to operational budget spending has been received, and being looked at. Paul will look into using an ESnet PS server at SLAC for running measurements to/from La Serena for comparison to the current results with the SLAC PS server. Julio (AmLight): X-connects for Ampath to JAX over I2 moving forward. SPectrum from JAX to ATL is in place. Official ask for 2nd backup circuit? | |

Sergio (REUNA): No updates. Julio (AmLight): HuaWei bypass is waiting for completion of 4x100GE circuits between Sao Paulo to Buenos Aires. X-connects on those circuits are on order. Target for having the circuits available remains end-of-year. AmLight network hardware refresh scheduled for Santiago. | ||
