DM Working Groups

From time to time the Data Management organization will establish limited-scope, limited-duration working groups to resolve issues which require sustained expert attention.  These groups will generally have explicit charges, specific deadlines, and produce reports on their work.  Each such working group should be documented with a Confluence page, or subtree, that is a child of this one.
