Project updates

Wil O'Mullane

  • Discussion of draft JSR review. Long days for remote 7am-15:30, 16:00 day 2. (lot of discussion to reduce this to max 7 hours).
    • Monday 45min for DM on day one. We can include progress beyond March, perhaps indicating its post March when it is.
    • Tuesday Breakouts on Day 2 (10:30-12:30 and 13:00-15:00 Pacific) - algos workshop, data facility, (trying to cut it back to 3 hours)
    • Wednesday - restart, operations transition, management breakout(8:30 -10:00 Pacific) in parallel System/Commissioning
    • Thursday - breakouts safety in parallel System verification completion (8-10a, and 10:30-12:30)
    • Wil O'Mullane  getting started on presentations this week & will call on help as needed.
  • Restart - no review to go back to office in Tucson until infection rate drops. 
    • May get a few people into check things - not technically a restart.
  • Mentioned Juneteenth (June 19th, Freedom Day) - Steve will ask AURA.
