IT manager still not accepted - need interim solution
All hands virtual meeting - 14 November at 9:00 PST /10:00 MST
- (Need to step out of FNAL meeting)

  - scope
Descope LCR-2045 (project wide not DM specific here)
- make sure we have plan for remainder of construction
  - make sure we are addressing the priorities
  - ramps to ops
  - off ramps
- What is the minimum end state we will deliver from construction and get it agreed with agencies.
  - how much verification/testing could be considered not essential ..
- some work may move to pre ops .. transition to ops is important
Some more issues in Chile - striking and road blockages - so far union working for AURA is not striking.
- potentially stopping cars - hopefully the airport to recinto ok ..
- there will be a another communication to managers and las mailing list

SIte visits: done SLAC Oct 31, Nov 1, done BNL Nov 7, 8, next week FNAL Nov 14, 15.
- Leanne, Frossie, Zeljko, John, Bob, Wil.
Awaiting inputs to us Dec 1.
Recommendation due to the agencies by 15 December.

LDM-503-10a test plan reviewed, needs some tidying up.
- Execution has been tried repeatedly, but keeps hitting technical issues.
- Every piece of the test has been executed individually, just not all at the same time
Received input from Bob Blum re next observation rehearsals.
Dates for various ComCam integration milestones will have to be reset in PMCS by Unknown User (mbutler).
- PMCS changes will propagate to Jira automatically.
