C Model for 16

Gaussian Magnitudes, 16 and 4

Comparison plots are in /scratch/pprice/compression/ci_hsc/DATA/rerun/vanilla/plots<n>.

With a quantisastion level of 4 there seems to be a constant offset with PSF magnitude of the difference in Gaussian magnitudes, this only seems to be present for this quantisastion level.

C model shows a large scatter than other parameters with standard deviation in the range of 0.8 - 1.2 mmag, this is similar across all levels of quantisastion.
