DM Review in JulyWil O'Mullane

Details on the 2017 NSF/DOE DM Review page.  Official website here.  If you are attending, you need to register and make your hotel reservation.  Carpooling is encouraged - not all travelers will be authorized a rental car.

Presentation templates have been uploaded to the website.

Margaret Gelman and Donald Petravick - is there a set of speakers with USB connection and microphone we can acquire for the meeting as back-up in case we need a remote connection in Room 1040?  Do we need to request A/V services or is confirmed room reservation sufficient to get basic A/V services?

All -Hands MeetingWil O'Mullane

Wil's Weekly MeetingsThe 1:1 weekly meetings will be cancelled for two weeks beginning 6/12 thru 6/25 due to travel; however, T/CAM Standup and DMLT will occur.
Overdue RFCs

RFCs with "Planned end" past "now".

  • generated much comment. Tim Jenness proposes that we close the RFC by adopting the policy that Python3 will be used where Python 3 is possible and that we keep a risk register entry containing a list of all the Python software we are using that does not work with Python 3, requiring regular updates as to porting status.
