- Serious injury incident at SLAC is impacting the camera and caused a stop work. Arc flash life altering injury occurred on 12/27 to a SLAC electrician during electrical maintenance work on a12kV switch. This switch is up-stream of the SL:AC IR2 building and clean room. Main reason for the incident form the preliminary report are, conducting a test on the wrong location (energized side) and not wearing the proper PPE for the voltage level.
