DM Leadership Team Virtual Face-to-Face Meeting, 2022-06-07 to 09

in 4 weeks.

  • FE: the face-to-faces have become more technical and people have been feeling left out and its remote and free.
  • WOM: We can tag open sessions?
  • FE: Maybe we should just reserve one session as people+money.
  • KTL: For decisions, it's often easier to make decisions with a smaller group of people. If there's a public comment period and then decision period that would work.

DMLT Travel & Availability this week

WOM - out Thursday – Frossie summit/base ?  Yusra Status ?

  • FE: :+1:
  • YA: :+1:
Any Other Business

TCAM Stamdup
  • SRP: Are budgets and SOWs still due at the end of the month?
  • WOM: Yes. Member that its two budget sheets and two SOWs because the construction and preops contracts will be separate. Hopefully they let me do one for the small contracts. I'm working on the contract with IN2P3.
  • SRP: Does this have to go through the university contracts person?
  • WOM: No, have the budget checked from your budgets person. But it might slow it down. It'll probably come back to your contracts people anyway. AURA writes up an agreement and then sends it to your contracts people.
  • SRP: Am I free to change the wording on my SOW now that we're not the USDF or do I have to go through LCRs?
Action review

KT: DMTN is out and I'm iterating with Frossie

WOM: What's going on with ?
KT: Swinbank felt he didn't know who had the passwords to all these accounts

  • We have a lot of them in 1Password, but we don't know if 1Password has all of them.
  • TJ: The audit was the important part of it.
  • FE: I think the conclusion is that make sure the passwords are in 1Password.

KTL: DM-22078 This is about the INPUTS to the sizing model. Expected source counts as a function of position.

DMLT Action Items (Confluence quick tasks)

Confluence action items on DMLT meeting minutes pages are meant to be mainly low-level actions that can be completed quickly.  More substantial tasks should appear in JIRA.  The label "DMLT" can be used (with any component) to mark a task as resulting from a DMLT action item.
