829 - No problem with adding display_astrowidgets to lsst_distrib. Issue is whether to include the backends in rubin-env. Since there appear to be dependencies on jupyterlab and jupyterlab_server, we think it may be better to put these in RSP and shared stack separately. At the same time investigate reducing the dependency list upstream.
