  - main points: The online nature of the EPO program helped the team to transition to remote work.
    The COVID impact: (1) a ~10% reduction in work efficiency, (2) a delayed hiring of a key personnel, and (3) an extended plan to hand-over team and program to NOIRLab/Communications, Engagement, and Education (CEE) for Operations.
    EPO on track to complete construction at the end of FY22 and can fully validate its systems using precursor or simulated data.
