10min	3	Steve	Week of Aug 11 in Phoenix; Dry Run June 9-11, 2014; Presenting MAF and tutorials for how to use these tools. Have distributed links for announcement (http://aas.org/posts/opportunity/2014/02/invitation-workshop-lsst-observing-cadences) and motivation for the meeting (https://lsstcorp.org/meetings/ocw/). Next step: deciding scope (time) how to integrate with larger meeting. Kick-off organization meeting today at 11am (MST).
5min	2	Abi	We could possibly use HPC to run opsim - Knut is our contact. Need to meet to talk about current code might take advantage of this SLAC could wrap and present as a web tool
70min	1	Abi	The Review Committee's report was constructive and addressed most of the issues we know about and gave a few good suggestions for moving forward. An overall theme was that the work is not structured enough to ensure that deliverables needed by the Project will be completed. A clear definition of what the Scheduler is, what will be delivered, and who will do the work is needed, and a document will be created to address this. We already have in place some tools to help manage and track work and timelines. Abi will be composing a Response to the Report, which will spell out a number of documents we will be creating to capture definitions, deliverables, prioritized lists of tasks and timelines.
5min	4	Cathy	Sprint 2 mistakenly ends March 19 instead of today; many items will carry into this week so the new end date is March 12.

Abi - compose response to Report from the Review Committee
George - compose response to item 7 in Report from the Review Committee and send to Abi
Cathy - send Heather email for status on transfer to git
Cathy - ask Srini and Francisco for their priorities for the coming week to add to Sprint 2
Francisco - write a paragraph for the Response about what it would take to make some speed improvements and identify bottlenecks in the OpSim code
Srini - talk to Knut to find out from SLAC to explore running OpSim code as-is on HPC. Write up memo on results including how long it would take to execute a simulation with and without lookahead.

Iain - review permissions for groups and users on opsimblitz1 & opsimblitz2
Francisco - update profile picture in JIRA
Srini - check into how to declare versions for SSTAR v4.0 and OpSim v3.0 in JIRA and close/release appropriately (work with Francisco)
