- SSTAR wont run in parallel efficiently
- Needs to have more use of the agile interface to show what work is in progress
MAF
- SSTAR plots 95% complete and working on the instructions
- expect alpha release Wednesday
- opsim team will install and run SSTAR components of MAF after the release
- MAF takes 5 hrs for high res healpix SSTAR plots or 2 hrs if only using opsim points
Phosim
- 2-3 weeks for next tag (latest end of March)
- EnHsin will deliver document for interface to perturbation model (document issue)
- John will file an issue for the delivery of this document so it can be tracked
- New version will include perturbation model, lateral fields in silicon (tree rings), focal plane model (v0.3)
- Will send out draft release notes (DONE https://dev.lsstcorp.org/trac/wiki/IS_v34)
- Following development will include supporting M1M3 acceptance
- How to request an interface change
- Mail an RFC (request for comments) to imsim mailer describing the change
- File a JIRA issue
- We discuss the interface change on simulations telecon (making sure all impacted people are present)
