    72 hours seems rather short, especially if the submission is done as the last thing on the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas (as extreme examples).  I propose specifying 3 work days, rather than 72 hours.

    That's why the word "typically" is in there.  You're supposed to use your own judgement about setting a deadline.
