Discussed how to deal with rotational dithering. Weak lensing folks have found that the camera rotation is not randomized since the rotator returns to zero after filter changes.

This is Chris Walter's fault. Want a flat rotation angle distribution.

Doing afterburner experiment to see if randomizing after filter change is enough to make WL community happy.

Maybe get Josh Myers to come in and talk about issue. Folks are currently working on how flat is flat enough for the distribution of rotator angle.
