This page is to document the procedure for releasing a new version of the operations simulator (sims_operations) software package. 

• Determine need for a new version
• Create version in JIRA: JIRA Versions for Simulations Project
• Generate and/or assign issues to version via Fix Version entry on JIRA issue.
