John | - Princeton is moving ahead with recruitment
- Yesterday Jim, Robert and John interviewed two candidates and they will interview more over the coming weeks.
- Perry and John have looked into the problem where the 'lsst_dm_stack_demo' simple stack validation test for a new user stack – is returning different results (beyond rounding errors) between Linux and OSx runs.
- They will continue to explore the cause in the next sprint.
- This is especially important since we've told the users to utilize this test to verify that their stack is 'good'.
- John also finished his brain dump on the info he's figured out the hard way over the last 6 weeks or so on working on the stack.
|
Margaret | - Greg has been spent time over the last few weeks building the stack in various combinations of operating systems and platforms
- He has now compiled a suite of the Docker files which will create the Docker images of those combinations .
- The list is on a Jira Issue currently (probably: .
- He'd like to know if there is a place on Confluence where he should document these Docker files.
- They are now installed in github and DockerHub.
- Mario suggested that he send email to dm-devel since there are a number of developers who are doing similar things.
