Ipv6 we would like to but its work - we should make sure we can talk ipV6 - we dont need internal ipV6. Should this then be withdrawn - perhaps with an ITTN .

Release still does not build - KT hopes to solve this week. There is a fallback to scipy conda env .. lsstsw would then need some code restored. Funda mental problem release build as is takes in version of Rubin_env - version of Rubin_env for release candidate did not have everything pinned and some packages have moved on and now cause errors (depricated and some things required now, click8 broke unit tests ). even not allways passed around in release process ..
Chareterization report not finished yet - afterburner run to make it look gen3 - Jeff ran faro and found problems (possibly from Jeff). Elipticity residuals look bad but ok in gen2 version so likely faro or something ..
