UK progress on Qserv testing
- Using real data release (Euclid's ~3TiB)
- Problems with ingesting data (resolved). Ingesting from empty databases (blank starting point)
- Functional system available. Comparison to MS SQL instances serving same data.
- Starting 8 node physical installation. (current installation is virtual)
- How to efficiently ingest data into Qserv? ascii / binary format? Parallel loading?
- Need documentation of multi node setup
- Expect different number of Qserv worker nodes. Estimation of loading time needed.
Calibrated Exposures
- Likely not a bulk exported product due to capacity requirements
- Most likely needed to recompute on remote ends
