  • Meetup to be planned  with victor this week to go over again replan manpower and transition.
    • I believe the detailed transition worksheets from TCAMS is all I need for that
    • Frossie and/or Yusra should join if available.
  • Review Agenda should be out today - its rebaseline and abbreviated , not status
    • but Victor says we should show  status as well
    • 2xbreakouts management and tech - short - tech may focus on SITCOM
    • focus on where we are .. and what we got to do to get done (think our management deck is the way to go - not sure if we need to add transition) will focus on the future planning
  • Camera (DOE) review week of Sept 13th. Hopefully not a full blown JSR, Victor working on it.
  • Risk register needs to be updated to include replan i.e. some risks may move out
    • Chuck feels there is more risk - but we are getting and extra year and 50m .. so it should reduce risk
      • some discussion ensued ..
  • Timecard budgets - Kevin ask to approve (but he agrees he should not need to )
    • also costpoint for reporting ... none of us have access
    • it was requested ..  
    • Apparently Ranpal asked for someone to bill to her budget and the approval email went to Kevin rather than Victor.

    • theoretically due tomorrow .. but Victor admits not enough guidance yet ..
  • Technical breakout deck (for June back up for May)
    • The tech/status breakout is for June - but it helps me make the plenary deck .

Cristián Silva debrief SAACC / NET Meetings 

South American Astronomy Community Committee and NET meeting specifically for Rubin. Expect changes to LSE-78 LSE-479. The final stretch will be through either Houston or ??  Europe: One idea to send one copy to IN2P3, then use link from NY-London.  Routing through Rucio. Historically DM held the decision to use IPv6. They want to know if we're still going to use IPv6.  

FE: Whats the reason not to? We're going to have to use it eventually, so why not use it everywhere?

CS/TJ: It's a private network, and everyone tries to avoid it as much as possible. 

WO/FE: Your call Cristian, Sounds like an RFC. Put the arguments into it and we'll discuss on the RFC.
