  • Construction papers .. telecon .. difficult to organise ..

    • Point is  describe system that will be built by end of construction. 
      Minimal set of papers we need to write for this. Want them out before going on sky .. otherwise may never finish.

  • Quarterly joint meetings in DC starting early this week - first was to be Oct 15 but DOE/NSF they visit the site on 18th.
