Project Updates

Wil O'Mullane

  • JDR / JSR.
    • 3pm today for the document pack (including presentations for JDR ) in Dropbox. DM presentations ok (need to update the Project org chart in next 90 mins). Docs in next agenda item.. 
    • Points of contact: Wil, Amanda, Steve Ritz, Chuck, Kevin Reil (could be multiple for camera and commissioning) 
    • Standard message will go after 3pm (url + logins etc)

    • Still do not know who will be EVMS  audited - may need someone - possibly Fritz (but hopefully not!). 

    • May need Wil O'Mullane in the management breakout, so the rest of us will hold the fort in DM.
  • IT manager Chile (shortlisted, screening) , System Engineer shortlist today.
  • Reminder visitors need to register for network access in Chile.. AURA VIP showed up with no warning..

  • Review the Document Pack; check that we are good to go at ~3pm today.
    • Wil O'Mullane  will be approving RFCs today; Tim will then generate documents.
    • Wil O'Mullane will approve LDM-643 following this meeting.
    • We agreed that DMTN-087 will be given to reviewers, with it being made clear that it is a proposal which has not been adopted.
      • And we'll make sure that this is clearly marked as a draft.
      • John Swinbank will make sure a PDF lands somewhere appropriate.
    • LSE-163: Give the draft of the version that is in LCR.
    • LDM-643: Current master will be placed in Docushare.
    • LDM-692: Tim Jenness to regenerate after LDM-643 is updated.
