Review of project milestones

  • As per the July 2019 report.
  • Some milestones jumped forward in June, back in July; reasons unknown.
  • We discussed the Software Release milestones (9, specifically).
    • Should land in November, not August.
    • The contents of the releases are not well defined.
  • Not clear that the Engineering First Light with ComCam date is correct; expected to be closer to June,
  •  Wil O'Mullane Add level 1 milestones for AuxTel & “ComCam on the cart” so that they can be tracked in DMLT meetings
