Discussion Items
- LSST Project & Community Meeting / Cadence Workshop - please register using the links on lsstcorp.org and the code Andy sent out
- Response to the Review Committee - Abi is collecting feedback from a first round and will send out a 2nd draft next week.
- Scheduler - Start with defining what is needed or required to do the job right, then down scope if necessary later. A specific meeting to discuss going forward is Wedneday at 1:30 and Friday with German. The document organization is suggested as follows:
- Scheduler: Objectives, Use Cases, reference mission, & requirements
- Simulator Requirements
- Management and Work Plan / Development Plan
- Workflow - need a system of states and actions that enables us to define "done" and to hand off work to one another
- Srini & Francisco will design a workflow for OpSim - we will probably need a "Code Review" and "QA Review" state.
- users will need to pay attention to updating the "bleed" version
- Srini will write up the process for releasing code
