Wil O'Mullane

  • Joint agencies quarterly went well (Wednesday)
    • All went well, DM didnt get warnings. 
  • AMCR no special outcome - most missed outbrief since it started 15 min early and was super fast.
    • expect report soon
    • schedule recommendation - they want a definitive date to finish which is not really possible.
    • Rec to hire SIT manager .. still open
    • I think we may get a recommendation on throttling Google based services (which we intended)
    • next in Sept -
    • Will visit summit in Nov/Dev (in place of Jan)
      • Next AMCR may be in Chile. 
  • Next on horizon is JSR the week of 21 August
    • Assume same charge and agenda as last year - will get updates ASAP
    • Assume dry run format again to be held week of 31 July to avoid PCW week
    • Apparently they have a committee and a charge ...
      • JSR on ~25th August, end of June may get slides. Slides may be more focused on work to be done in operations. 
  • Fatigue survey report coming
    • Will come out as a report
  • Mentioned UW contract meeting.
    • May be come out this week
  • PCW planned to happen (on OPS) week of Aug 7. 
    • Thursday keynote  will be camera readiness
  • Visits GMT-O - Stuart Corder May 31 (Jacques knows)
    • we have done this many times
    • this will focus on operations
    • no visits during the power outage week (still June 5)
  • Monday is a US holiday
    • Chile still works (sad)

  • KT - Keeping Jenkins running has been taking a lot of time. 
  • Gregory and Eric to talk about the flow of data from AP to RSP. 
  • Gregory and Tim to discuss minimal providence, conversation has been delayed by COVID and some other things. Jim has a ticket for a technote about that. 
  • Eric has a ticket for a technote for early science alert distribution plan, will create a DMLT ticket so it appears in the list.
