Project Updates
  • schedule meeting to be after managers meeting- managers meeting 15 min later start..
    • wil to miss USDF meeting due to new meeting at the same time.
  • TMA fuses etc ..
    • 40 Fuses blown in eight cabinets, investigating today
  • SLAC power on - lights on .. getting running again.
    • ops review people are getting back to work, cooldown starting
  • Schedule workshop April 3-4. Have to have it agenda this week - at least 3 core groups.
    • Tucson/Chile - mostly won't effect DM, except for schedule slippage;  this could be an issue later, but not yet.   
    • Sanbox in P6 already
    • M2 plans may change ..
  • JTM - all good - good side meetings as well - summit visits planned.
    • lots of side meetings planned.
  • Recommendations from JSR.
    • None for DM
  • Hexapod redesign will start in Tucson next week (during JTM)
    • M2 will start next week during the JTM
  • Rubin managers slack .. 
    • can it include operations? Victor is OK with it
    • Slack in general is open
    • discussion of resurrecting project slack
    • Leanne - did this come up because of the cost issue?  There's a limit for the number of people involved that can be hosted free, then we'll have to start paying.  Wil - also concerns about public Slack channels getting images that may be restricted.  Yusra - Keith is coming up with a communications proposal.  Wil - various threads on this, if we have a project slack, we'd keep the public. we;  Leanna - 250 or fewer members; They want to add 400 users from science collaboration;  Frossie - way over the limit now (3281 members, 838 active per Slack). Wil - perhaps a working committee ...?.
