  • Would like to close the list of 1st round of potential names this week: Chile Summit Support from the Broad Rubin Staff Base Across the Projects (SIT-Com has significant constraints when paying for people)
    • Proposal from Yusra: Don't share the above with your team. Instead, let's send out a more encouraging google form that we can use to maintain a list of DM signups. Give me your feedback on this form by tomorrow morning. 
  • From Veronica:
    • New process to split cost with Ops on some procurements - "durable" items
    • Employee reimbursement requests above $100 need pre-approval.  Please provide documentation (e-mail chain is enough) supporting the purchase and reimbursement. 
    • For everyone. reminder from Veronica to overestimate airfare by 30%. TRs must be an upper envelope
