Construction only, but reviewers asked about ops last time.  So we should prepare for that.

• TJ: What are we doing about developer batch processing?
  • RD: Bits of /repo/ are available now, the rest of 2022 will follow this week.
  • CS: No point in doing batch processing before you have a writeable repo anyway
