milestone request

We have been requested to provide dates for this list and link to existing or new milestones: (my comments beside - we can add more notes)

     - summit-to-US data transfer infrastructure in place assume encrypted ..
     - ISR includes all known camera effects, can run at scale

this is always true ?  (RL: continuing effort)

ALT: ISR at 1a level dealing with know effects such that we can go on sky. (Post Comcam on sky)

     - DRP end-to-end at scale and quantified performancepost DP0.2  - quantified computationally.
     - AP end-to-end at scale and quantified performanceMilestone AP-16.  Again computationally.
     - solar system processing end-to-end at scale AP-17 (already achieved to some extent )
     - automated QA/V&V at scale

seems redundant with DRP/AP

ALT:Automated QA/V&V at ComCam Scale

     - calibration systems and pipelines operational

Ready for Operations post  LSSTCam.
Level 2: LDM-503-08,  LDM-503-04, LDM-503-04b

Level 3:  DM-DRP-23, DM-DRP-8, DM-DRP-9, DM-DRP-6, DM-DRP-20, DM-AP-7

(lots of auxtel and ISR milestones. No future CBP milestone)

     - USDF ready to receive and process data from the summit OPS
     - Rubin Science Platform supports 1,000 users OPS
     - DM 1a requirements demonstrated (choose a few) Not sure what this means

All: suggest milestones that a bit less vague and more actionable;  YA & FE: better to use existing milestones that are related to these.

     - DP1    (Jan 24, ComCam) OPS
     - DP2    (July  24, LSSTCam) OPS
     - DR1    (Apr 25, 6 months of LSST)  OPS
     - alert production achieves the 60 seconds target in mini-survey  (this is new but implicit in final delivery)

Focus times

Focus friday augmented to Focus times but perhaps that is too much ? separate them?
