  • Chile - has a rigorous approach for identifying mode of work
    • 100% Work or 100% Exempt (Article 22)
    • Hybrid - full week in office or not ..(by week)
    • Remote - work from home - temporary.
  • Tucson
    • What are teams thinking ?
      • DM - asked which day would you come in – Monday came up as popular followed by Thursday. Frossie will put up a sign and will go in one day a week.
        
        • DM - some people want to be in full time and others who never will come in.
        • Full time Remote people  liked everyone being remote
        • Victor hopes the one day is enough and agrees we can see how it works.
      • EPO - Lauren
        • many remote - no meeting with a remote person
        • hard to justify being in office
        • 2 people want to go in 2 days a week
        • remote work has worked. 
      • T&S - different kinds of disciplines
        • Tech group - shop people are in every day. SolidWorks people prefer one or the other prefer remote.
        • Software under Andy most in Chile - 4 in Tucson mix
          • One in all the time
          • 2 prefer remote
        • Management - Jeff Sandrine, Shawn, Doug, Andy - mos tin 3 days a week (Jeff all days)
      • Veronica is back
        • 3 people - prefer remote work, but some advantage to being on site.
        • need to work out Details on how many days in
      • Ranpal +2 communications
        • Work from home preferable - come in as needed.
      • SITCOM
        • likely work where needed
    • We will have to reconcile offices for 1 day a week people ..
      • need to look over the office space sheet.
        • just any new office needed or ones now free..
        • consolidation later
    • Discussion of remote work committees - will probably come back to the fore..
      • teleworking agreements for example
• May2 - late for performance evals .. Victor asked for report but did not get one yet.

We have been requested to provide dates for this list and link to existing or new milestones: (my comments beside - we can add more notes)

All: suggest milestones that a bit less vague and more actionable;  YA & FE: better to use existing milestones that are related to these.

Focus friday augmented to Focus times but perhaps that is too much ? separate them?
