  • NSF audit ongoing, Victor and Kevin dealing
  • Tucson folks: looks like NOIRLab is considering transitioning to two days a week at the office. No equipment would be duplicated for voluntary hybrid. There might be some re-org to combine hotdesking, coworking areas etc. 
  • Personnel movies: Aime West transitioning out to CAS but will still help a bit until a replacement is found. Daniel Calabrese is coming back from CAS to work fulltime. Chuck Gessner retiring and coming back as a consultant. 
  • There is a strategy document in preparation for SITCOM re-org. People are being identified for the newly described roles. Staff are being consulted. Two manager recruitments are in progress. 
  • Discussion about inflation adjustments in various institutions
