LG: Still working on it, Jeff is still out.

GPDF: DMTN-158 still isn't updated. The date for RSPa was labeled Sept and DP0.2 hasn't been delayed. What moved? WO: Tied it to comcam maybe. OK to claim it early.

Risk Review

WO: TJ is going to go to the Risk meeting this month because I'm unavailable

TJ: No one could work out why provenance was critical BEFORE commissioning. We pushed it out to the end of construction.

RHL+GPDF: But we DO want it for commissioning

TJ: That contradicts what we decided at the last DMLT meeting. The missing piece is written in Jim's tech note.

DMLT Travel & Availability this week

Wil O'Mullane Leanne Guy and Yusra AlSayyad  out NEXT week.

Any Other Business

  • RD: We've been looking for talent to help with campaign management. Eric Charles has agreed to do this. He has talked Gregory about it. We're trying to get some software development help. He will have a 30 minute session at the USDF.
  • JB: Robert et al need to read the technote to review scope. Eric will need to read it when I'm done with it.
  • TJ: Is Eric part of middleware or is Eric doing his own thing and delivering stuff to Robert in 6mo?
  • CS: We can't decide whether he's working on the thing Colin calls campaign management or what Robert calls campaign management.
  • LG: we do have been talking about something like a product owner in ops. If we need it now, we can bring it back up

Stack Club:

  • FE: two goals: teach people to use the pipelines and to have users on the system. Some of these components have changed now that we have DP0. I'm working to get use cases off of NCSA and over to the IDF.
  • WO: Stack clubs was a merger of commissioning and community, and now we're splitting them again. If their focus is on commissioning they go to SLAC. Community go to IDF.
  • MB: August 15 is the planned shutdown day.
  • Striving to ensure that USDF is ready to go in June
