  • SFR-3 end of Nov will be in Dec baseline - so we can LCR other milestones. 
    • existing DM LCRs acknowledged and will be done.
      • Good to get any other milestone changes into this LCR
    • ensure all SFR-3 planning done
    • Kevin Reil done pass 1 - need team at SLAC to confirm
    • Some other SITCOM LCRs should wait until SFR-3 is done(not covid).
      • DOME finishing late - delays m2 glass integration is COVID (Jeff)
      • Even the test simulator work is now in parallel since its COVID.
      • But then it would be another SFR but to late for SFR3 (the schedule change).
    • SFR2 is the 42M change ..
    • FY21 close coming in so end Nov should  start on earned value for Oct.
  • Chuck - spares - Jeff Barr will take up. There are some (bogies, drives, ) in each contract but not an active DB for maintenance. Will come up in OPS review. LSE-170 (sparing) LCA-398 (Camera) would be good ot have a LCA-398 type doc from T&S
    • Saftey team (Giovanni) in on the camera simulator install - Check G will do final review.
  • Chuck Gessner - covid procedure clarifications, quarantine requirements changed. Victor asked Dana for exception - sitting with Mario Humuy (7 days instead of 14) - and we have 4 cases of people who want to come back.
  • Veronica - error in timesheet Christmas is fixed new year is still wrong (30 not 31 off)
    • not inline with NOIRlab - 2022 also not aligned but 2023 ..
    • Jeff - costpoint training - may not happen until next year
  • Kevin Reil
    • people moving or in Chile needing cars - need 3 cars none available
    • Veronica meeting to approve her as backup for Kevin  paying for travel 
    • One person applied early for mobility pass and it will expire before they arrive  - need courtesy visa. Must travel in that 45 days and can not apply until its over. Can convert to permanent pass but dont know how to do it .. 
      • Zeljko may be going in December - should apply now for pass movilidad (filming)
      • Jeff - coincidentally Alison is in Chile and intending to go to the summit (on hold).
      • Margot wrote guide for getting pass !
    • Jeff - contract for Michael Logue - all ok  time needed for camera support
      • may need another extension beyond June
  • Vincent/Aaron
    • Does Chuck  need anything for directors review (JDOR) - chuck says ok. Ops and Maint manual to be forward
    • Status - cold again , taking data, optomization phase, cryo came on well but one circuit not functioning running well on 5 (could possible run on 3 but def 4)

  • Wil O'Mullane the 10% allocation for Science users seems small. There is a risk for this, but do we need to increase the budget?
    • Richard Dubois If we end up in the hybrid model, the risks are greater
    • WOM: we don't carry risks into operations, so the only way to address this is to allocate money
      • WOM - strictly we do not carry contingency in operations we do carry a risk register
    • RD: If there are very hungry users, we can redirect them to SLAC
