  • JSR  - Oct 4 - 7 (Mon - Thursday)
    • 15 min plenary  where we are status - no history no plans
    • DM 2 hour breakout 13:30 on Tuesday Oct 5.
      • EPO and System Eng and Safety potentially in parallel (EPO and Safety may be serial)
    • Camera, T&S and Management at same time discussing refrigeration
    • Wednesday trying just management and technical split 11:30 - 13:30 (Oct 6)
      • Leanne, Frossie,Myself, Yusra
    • Discussion of system engineering and under staffing
      • also how to present verification status on T&S and Camera
      • what about m2 software - it passed verification but at validation it was considered not quite good enough to hard to maintain- an LCR was raised against a risk to redo it from contingency. (actually there were some non conformance).
    • Slides by Sept 27
      • No need to update for DM unless :
        • financial month is changed
        • new accomplishments can be included
        • milestones have been completed
  • AMCR Sept 23-24
    • use JDR or JSR info - no extra work .
    • Mainly rebaseline
    • Will talk to them now
