- can we get material by Wednsday..
- no dry runs unless the presenter wants it (no for DM)
- Charge is on confluence
- Q1,2 suggest needing EVMS on the rebaseline which we do not have - but also says including Supplemental Funding Request. Agencies were trying to no make us have to show EVMS for rebaseline.. management session may be interesting.
- We do have the new schedule to show with June data (i.e. not much formal status)
- DM has slide with old and new dates for L2 milestones
- Two Cost Schedule reviewers are familiar with project.
- SLAC continue to have power problems
- Tucson also had some power issues
- Would like to get SF3 (rebaseline schedule without new activities + COVID expenses) out and monthly report is ready
- Reil - refrigeration plumbing issues corrosion in pipes
- Vincent - need some help to revamp commissioning plan. Chuck/Kevin e.g. NSF funding tables.
- power problems potentially 2-4 weeks delay on camera
- Scope options to be updated .
- Barr - will be hard to be ready for Wednsday - no time for dry run
- Las Serena reopen office meeting now .. expect to go well.

| JDR Sept 7-9. Unbelievably that is next week ! https://project.lsst.org/reviews/jdr2021/ JDR reviewers now listed on the confluence JDR2021/JSR2021 - Yusra and Frossie will back me up in general - others should watch camelot.
- 11 -12 PDT on Tuesday Sept 7 - would be good to have more broad DMLT presence.
- will be good if Frossie and Yusra have slides open and are ready to take over if my connection drops.
- Day 2 - split like last time Frossie/Yusra in Tech with Yusra to present (Frossie as backup) . Wil to management.
- Leanne listening in on Sit-com - tech day 2 ? (Verification may come up)
- So far we have Ani Thakar - I believe thy have asked Alex Szalay also .
- Alex may go into streaming (online) algorithms and will possibly be interested in deblending
- He may go into Qserv again... hard to say
- Fritz: noted; will be ready on standby if needed
- Liz Sexton-Kenedy is also on as co-chair so we may get her in DM breakout
- expect lots of computing questions and potentially optomisation and why PanDA(KT may want to be on hand)
- we have 35 milestones late in June
 - so we may get some questions on that..
- June narratives have been added to the management slide deck

- Others look ok to me except we may want to push out availablility dates as we have stretched DM schedule. These are ending in October
- DM-2 user datasets and MyDB .. when is the due date for development as that is the avilability limit for this. I believe there is no milestone ... Fritz Mueller
- Fritz: FY22 in current dev plan (concurrent with SQuaRE deliverables for user-generated products per last discussion w/ Frossie and Gregory). No milestone yet on books.
- DM-9 dont process crowded fields. Another year ? Yusra AlSayyad
- DM-11 relax alerts purity/completness - it seems there may be another year in this also
- DM-12 MOPS completeness - no longer available ? Eric Bellm Ian Sullivan
- DM-15 Prompt ingest availability/reliability - I think this is USDF and now nolonger available to construciton (part was tenously networks but they are done) Unknown User (mbutler) Kian-Tat Lim
