  • Previous Review recommendations need to be processed in the tickets
  • Each subsystem has a very short 15 minute spot on Day 1 and there is just 2 hours for technical break out (all combined) for Day 2
  • We have a draft charge, context should be what in your subsystem is driving the schedule/cost system
  • This is not a status review
  • 2 hours but we sould focus on elements that push the schedule
  • (discussion about construction-ops split)
