  • Victor suggests use 1 Oct as Ops start - but then there is a gap from Aug 1.
  • Would like to have some official dates before summer - end of June this will be public since we will be having the review of the rebaseline.
• Daniel Calabrese has gone to AURA/CAS - was 60% on Rubin so a few things to be picked up.
  • Who now handles CAT cards (University affiliation cards) for Rubin
  • Documentation  is now under who ? Veronica
    • still plenty to do on construction - still no organized way to pull in the vendor documentation
    • documentation group focusing on project documentation delivery - report is pending
  • new contract officer (Robert Dereme)–Wil has directed him to deal with existing contract extensions (SLAC & UW) at top priority.  Held up by NSF LCRs
• Kevin Reil - Despite lock down in La Serena .. things going well apart from some Italian permit issues for the dome.
• Vincent - trying to decide how to move forward with alternate cooling system study .. could have a lot of knock on effects need to involve T&S to consider these.
