  • Visual identity guide out .
  • Agency Quarterly
    • there will be more than the usual agency people on the call  - answers should be lead by Victor kept high level.
    • Vincent has a long slot 1.5 hours - camera generates a lot of questions.
    • Status slides will be called out by Victor but not gone though in detail.   Managers should be on for that with video on. (1:15-14:00 EST) - slides not finished by Victor yet.
    • Have now worked PMCS especially SITCOM - have current estimate for replan: end construction  1 Aug 2023. With schedule contingency this could go into FY2024.
      • includes camera schedule - not alternative refrigeration though.
      • does include TMA delay.
      • staff mapped to current staffing model. 10% inefficiency included to all work remaining pre COVID. This comes out similar (a bit larger) to the shortfall we identified in our DM exercise.
      • Some form of NSF review of this in June so final numbers then (DOE April)
  • Insurance for non camera shipments - camera shipment to be worked out closer to time.
  • Working from home survey is awaiting apporval to be sent out.
  • Mirror coating and camera maintenance ..
    • Camera removal more complex so revisiting frequency of recoating (so 3 years or more).
    • Refrigeration start up delays restart... so 2 weeks is not possible
    • there is a maintenance discussion to be had.

  • Some discussion on the Gen3 LDM-503 milestone situation. Have decided that the formal LDM-503 milestone might be linked to removal of gen2 (DM-DAX-12?) and not release of gen3 (DM-DAX-11?)
