  1. Positive COVID case on Summit today in a contractor team
    1. isolated group and now all off summit
    2. close contacts will be contacted
    3. Reminds of importance to follow CEPP
  2. Testing and contact tracing efforts progressing for Summit
  3. CEPP V4 should be out soon for Rubin
  4. Staffing
    1. N. Auza transitioned to NOIRLab – still works for us 5 hours per week. All translation requests should be coordinated through Carol
  5. Staff transition discussions continue with Ops but paused for formal process to catch-up
  6. Please continue frequent updates with Victor on hiring, sharing, issues
  7. AMCR report – final/not final….

  8. AURA Board this week.
  9. Camera meeting today to decide on integration/refrigeration plans
  10. Updates….
    1. SCOPE options for quarterly early March .. needs a little work just to reissue
    2. discussion of AURA hiring outside of the 7 states with offices .. nothing to do for construction perhaps ops
    3. shipping very slow still
    4. Pylons for telescope support went into dome today, exterior cladding  going well
